Artist Studio Network (ASN) is a series of exhibitions and networking events bringing together Artist Studio networks aimed at creating a platform for sharing skills, instigating creative conversations and nurturing new projects.

First starting in 2018 linking the Elysium Studios with artist networks in North Wales, this latest ASN exhibition will showcase the work of artists from Elysium Studios, Swansea and Sample-Studios in Cork.

SAMPLELYSIUM marks 30 years since Swansea was twinned with Cork and kick starts a year of planned events and discussions between artists from the two cities. The exhibition will include depictions of artists studios as well showcasing the work of over 70 artists from both creative communities.

The Artist Studio Network contributes to the sharing of expertise, research and ideas across artists and galleries who are geographically kept apart.

The exhibition will tell the story of the two organisations with work that represents the studio set-ups. Lauren Jetty will be creating a mock studio setup with lots of things to interact with and smell!
