iii is seeking a Communication Assistant interested in social media content creation and hot communication, starting in January 2023. The Communication Assistant will work closely with iii’s Team and Communications Manager and will be involved in promoting and documenting the events hosted at iii workspace, engaging local communities and creating content for online audiences.

Inception and creation of reels for social media

Creating ‘on the fly’ content for social media

Payment

The work will be based on a flexible time contract, for an hourly rate of €14,59 euro per hour. This is based on a full time salary of € 2700 per month. Over the whole year we expect up to 280 work hours, so on average the expected monthly salary is € 409. In addition there is 8% holiday allowance. For the salary we follow the guideline of De Zaak Nu.

Working times

The Communication Assistant will be required to attend weekly iii team meetings and monthly hosted program meetings. Team meetings currently take place every Tuesday between 11:00 and 12:00. The Communication Assistant will also need to be available to work during hosted events. The program is divided in two seasons: Spring (March-June) and Autumn (September-November) with around 10 events in each season, for a total of 20 events per year. Events take place on the weekends, on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday, not more than 1 per week.
