Join the live beat-box workshop with David Térosier to learn the basics of beat-boxing and explore different rhythms using your voice and breath.
After a few demonstrations and a brief historical introduction to beat-boxing from the 80s, you’ll learn fundamental rhythms such as the bass drum, snare, and hi-hat, while mastering breath control. The workshop will then advance to techniques like creating multi-vocal harmonics, combining rhythms with melodies, and exploring sound creation.

David Térosier is a skilled vocalist from France with 20 years of experience in beat-boxing. In his practice, he has mastered a diverse range of vocal techniques, imitating drums, congas, darbuka, tabla, brass, bass, and various other instruments. David is passionate about sharing his vocal expertise with others. He conducts workshops in schools, community centers, and festivals worldwide, working with a diverse array of participants, including children, individuals with learning disabilities, refugees, and prisoners. David’s passion for teaching and his vocal skills will help anyone learn to beat-box quickly and easily.
